Accessing Dual Code Training
Dual Code offers training & certification on its products and services. Our certification programs are offered (for a fee) via our online Training Centre, but there are also free webinars as well. The Training Centre (as well as the User Guides and Release Notes) is available in the footer of your learning environment.
Step-by-step Guide
To access the Training Centre:
Log in your organization's learning environment
Put your cursor over your name near the top right section of the screen
Click on "HCE Training".
Important Notes
Only users with an administrator or instructor role can access the Training Centre. If you do not see the "HCE Training" link in your user menu, you do not have access to Dual Code's certification programs.
