As a Team Leader, it is your responsibility to register users in classes. This can only be done once users are already enrolled in the correct program.
Whenever you add or change a user’s class registration, the system takes care of all the communication automatically. Learners are immediately notified—they receive a calendar invite with the class details when assigned, and a cancellation notice if their registration is changed or removed. No extra emails are required; the notifications are fully automated to ensure learners always know where and when they are expected.
Step-by-Step Guide
-
Go to My Team > Class Registrations
-
Locate the user in question
-
In the Sessions column, click the calendar icon next to the relevant user and activity
-
Use the Next/Previous buttons to find the session you want to assign
-
Click Select to confirm the session
Important Notes
-
A learner will only appear in this report if they are already registered in an Epic program.
-
All face-to-face activities in an Epic program are considered mandatory and will be displayed in this report.
-
If a course contains multiple face-to-face activities, the system assumes (and enforces) they must be completed in the order they appear in the course outline.
-
Example: If a course includes one face-to-face session, followed by five SCORM videos, and then another face-to-face session, the learner must first be booked into the first face-to-face session before the second.
-
-
The sequence is based on the visual order in the course outline/summary, not on activity restrictions.
-
When booking a session, the system displays session details such as location, room, and other configured attributes. However, attributes of type Multiple Selection and User Select may not display correctly.
-
A Coverage Required field is available when booking users. If selected, it indicates the learner needs a replacement to cover their duties while attending the Epic class.

This report works in conjunction with the Class Registration Logs report.
