What is the Performance Review System (PRS)

Performance review system help employers with the decision-making process involved in employee promotion and compensation, or perhaps in an unfortunate situation, termination. Dual Code's Performance Review System (PRS) is a premium service integrated to your learning environment that allows you to evaluate an employee’s performance against a list of set objectives and will identify the strengths and weaknesses of employees. The system automates the process to ensure it is done on a regular basis and in a fair, timely manner. 

Workflow
