Viewing the History of a Review

Viewing the history of a review can be helpful, as it provides a summary of key actions—such as when the form was assigned, when it was submitted, and when it was reviewed by the manager.

Step-by-step Guide

To view the history of a review.

  1. Go go Site Administration > Reports > Extended Log Search

  2. Specify the “Affected user” in question, which is the name of employee being assessed or reviewed.

  3. In the “Component” section, select “Performance Review System (local_appraisal)”, which is under the “Local plugins (local)” section.

  4. Click on the “Show events”

Important Notes

  • You need to have the System Administrator or System Coordinator role in order to have access to the Enhanced Log Search report
