To view the history of a review.

Go go Site Administration > Reports > Extended Log Search

Specify the “Affected user” in question, which is the name of employee being assessed or reviewed.

In the “Component” section, select “Performance Review System (local_appraisal)”, which is under the “Local plugins (local)” section.

Click on the “Show events”
