Getting Help

Workplace for Epic™ is a specialized learning environment designed to support Epic training with minimal configuration and administrative overhead. While it does not include access to our standard Help Desk, there are several self-service and guided options available to help you successfully manage your implementation and support your training teams.

Implementation Services (Optional)

If your organization requires hands-on guidance, personalized assistance, or simply prefers not to rely on the System Administrators of your regular (Workplace) learning environment, you can engage one of our Implementation Specialists.

We strongly recommend using this service to avoid false starts and benefit from the lessons learned by other organizations that have implemented Epic training. Our Implementation Specialists bring deep experience and practical insights that can help streamline your rollout and prevent common pitfalls.

These experts work closely with your team to:

  • Provide advice based on previous Epic training implementations

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions for administrators, training coordinators, and department leads

  • Support the onboarding and success of Principal Trainers, Credentialed Trainers, Super Users, and Team Leaders

  • Gather feedback and suggest improvements tailored to your workflow

Implementation Services are optional and billed separately. To learn more or request an Implementation Specialist, please contact your Dual Code Account Manager.

If you choose not to engage an Implementation Specialist, you’ll need to rely on your own team for setup and support. Dual Code Account Managers are not Implementation Specialists and cannot answer your technical questions.

Only trained System Administrators of your standard / primary Workplace site have access to our Help Desk — and while they can assist with general platform issues, they are most likely not specialized in Epic and may not be able to provide guidance specific to Epic training implementations.

Self-paced Training

In addition to guided support, Dual Code offers self-paced training options to help your team build confidence with the platform at their own speed. These courses are designed to give administrators, trainers, and team leaders the knowledge they need to set up and manage Epic training effectively.

Our HCE Essentials courses, HCE-201 and HCE-205, provide a step-by-step introduction to the platform, covering essential topics such as creating programs, enrolling learners, tracking progress, and generating reports. Learners can return to this training at any time, making it a valuable ongoing resource.

📖 To access self-paced training, click Training Centre in the footer of the Workplace fore Epic application.

Virtual Agents

AI-driven Virtual Agents are available within the platform to assist all organizations—whether or not they are working with an Implementation Specialist. These agents can answer common questions, guide users through key processes, and link directly to relevant documentation to support day-to-day tasks.

While Virtual Agents don’t replace the expertise of an Implementation Specialist, they offer a helpful self-service option for teams that prefer to manage implementation on their own.

User Guides & Knowledge Base

Our comprehensive Documentation include user guides, how-to articles and best practices across a range of topics—from configuring training tracks to managing users and generating reports.
