The Epic Executive role is designed for Executive Sponsors and Project Leads who need a high-level, objective view of the organization's Epic training readiness. While this role does not have access to manage content nor users, it provides visibility into key metrics that support informed decision-making and go-live planning.
Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring training progress across the organization at a strategic level

Downloading key reports such as the Configuration Check, Completion Rates, and Class Registration Rates

Assessing organizational readiness based on training data

Identifying areas that may require additional support or escalation

Supporting governance, oversight, and strategic alignment of the Epic implementation

Serving as a liaison between executive leadership and the training team
This role helps ensure that training remains on track and aligned with broader organizational goals, without requiring hands-on involvement in the day-to-day management of the learning environment.
