Epic Executive

The Epic Executive role is designed for Executive Sponsors and Project Leads who need a high-level, objective view of the organization's Epic training readiness. While this role does not have access to manage content nor users, it provides visibility into key metrics that support informed decision-making and go-live planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring training progress across the organization at a strategic level

  • Downloading key reports such as the Configuration Check, Completion Rates, and Class Registration Rates

  • Assessing organizational readiness based on training data

  • Identifying areas that may require additional support or escalation

  • Supporting governance, oversight, and strategic alignment of the Epic implementation

  • Serving as a liaison between executive leadership and the training team

This role helps ensure that training remains on track and aligned with broader organizational goals, without requiring hands-on involvement in the day-to-day management of the learning environment.
