The way these reminders work depends on the type of license you purchased, whether it’s for personal use or a bulk order for your team.

Scenario 1: Personal Licenses

If you purchased a single license for your own use, you’ll receive an automatic reminder 7 days before your license expires.

Scenario 2: Bulk Licenses

For those purchasing multiple licenses for a team or organization, the system will send automated reminders to the original buyer through email. These reminders are sent:

• 60 days before expiration

• 15 days before expiration

• 7 days before expiration

• On the expiration date

• 7 days after expiration

This approach helps you avoid unexpected disruptions and ensures your team has continuous access to the courses they need.
