Downloading Receipts

When you purchase a course, a receipt will automatically be emailed to you. If you do not receive a copy of the receipt within minutes, please verify your junk / spam email folder. In the event that you need to download another copy of the receipt:

  1. Go to the site in question (e.g. the site where you purchased the course)

  2. Click on “Purchase History” in the top menu

  3. Click on the “Receipt” icon next to the transaction in question

Note that you can only see purchases that you’ve made. If the purchase was made by another user (e.g. your manager), only they can download a copy of the receipt.
