Waiting for Payment Confirmation

Course purchases are considered "Net 0," meaning payment must be fully received and processed before you can access the course.

For credit card payments, access to the course is granted immediately upon successful payment.

For electronic funds transfer (EFT) purchases, access will be provided once our finance department receives a statement of remittance, which is typically a confirmation from your bank or accounts payable team indicating that the payment has been sent. Please note that EFTs can take 1-3 business days for banks to process.

For cheque payments, access will be granted once the cheque has been deposited and processed. Keep in mind that delivery by Canada Post may take 3-7 business days, followed by 1-3 additional business days for Dual Code to process the cheque. In total, the process may take approximately 4-10 business days.

Regardless of the payment method, once the payment is processed, the individual listed on the quote or invoice will receive an email confirmation. This email will include a receipt and a key that provides access to the course.
