Resetting My Password

If you forget your password and need to reset it:

1. Go to the login page

2. Click on the "Lost password?" link on the page

3. Enter your email address in the field provided and click on the "Search" button.

If your email address is found in the system, the system will send you an email to the address you provided to help you reset your password. If you do not receive this email within 1 minute and you are sure you entered the right email address, please check your junk / spam folder.
