Unlocking My Account

If a user tries to log in the with the wrong password too many times, their account will be locked by the system for security reasons.

If your account has been locked, all you need to do is wait. Your account will be automatically unlocked after 30 minutes.

If after 30 minutes, you want to log in but do not remember your password, we suggest that you follow the "Resetting my Password" procedure to avoid from locking yourself out once again.
