Confirming your Account Information
When you first register for an account on My Dual Code™, an email be sent to the address you specified when creating your account. In order to confirm (e.g. activate) your account, you need to click on a link in that email.
If you do not receive the email within a minute or two:
Verify your spam / junk folder in your emails. The email in question comes from “Client Services (via My Dual Code)” or “noreply@dualcode.com”.
Wait 12 hours and sign up again. Any unconfirmed accounts will be permanently deleted after 12 hours. This will allow you to sign up again using the same email address. (If you try to sign up within 12 hours, the system will tell you that the email address already exists.)
Contact us (using this Help tool) and let us know how / where you’re having difficulty. Our team can resend you the confirmation email, thereby allowing you to activate your account.
