Requesting Account Deletion
If you created your own account in this system and would like to have it permanently deleted, please note that account deletion is not available as a self-service option. To protect the integrity of training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements, all deletion requests must be reviewed and processed by our team.
To request deletion of your account, contact our technical support team while logged into the system using the same email address we have on file. This allows us to verify your identity automatically—there’s no need to include your email address in the request.
In most cases, we can delete your account from a specific training provider's site while preserving your access to other sites, such as My Dual Code or other training environments where you are active. Be sure to specify whether you are requesting deletion from a particular site or from the entire system.
Once your request is received, our team will review and confirm the request before proceeding. Please allow a few business days for processing.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It will erase all associated data for the selected site, including your course history, certificates, and records of completion.
