Renewing a License for a Course

The terms and conditions for course licenses are set by the course owner, not Dual Code, and are specified on page 2 of the quote/invoice.

Once a license expires, the activation code can no longer be used to enroll new users, and users who are already enrolled will lose access to the course once the code has expired.

To renew your license, navigate to the course in question, go to Course Administration > License Management, and select the "Renew existing license" option. Follow the instructions to complete the payment process.
