Viewing the History of an Appraisal
Viewing the history of an appraisal can be helpful, as it provides a summary of key actions—such as when the form was assigned, when it was submitted, and when it was reviewed by the manager.
Step-by-step Guide
To view the history of an appraisal.
Go go Site Administration > Reports > Extended Log Search
Specify the “Affected user” in question, which is the name of employee being assessed or reviewed.
In the “Component” section, select “Performance Appraisal System (local_appraisal)”, which is under the “Local plugins (local)” section.
Click on the “Show events”
Important Notes
You need to have the System Administrator or System Coordinator role in order to have access to the Enhanced Log Search report
