Assigning Appraisals using a CSV File

You can assign an appraisal form to users by using a CSV file and the Uploading Users procedure.

Step-by-step Guide

To assign the form using a CSV file:

1. Follow the same procedure as Uploading Users

   1. In your CSV file, define one or more columns using the column names “appraisal1”, “appraisal2”, “appraisal 3”, and so on. The value in that column needs to be the "ID Number" of the appraisal form.

In the sample below, user jcleary is assigned to 2 separate forms, while users mramsay and jortiz are assigned to a single form.
