Description: This report provides information, organized by user (e.g. the person being appraised). It lists their name (along with any information from their user's profile you want to display such as their department, cost centre, etc.), the name of the user’s supervisor(s) as defined by TeamAlign, the appraisal form in question, the name of the Supervisor who appraised them (if applicable), when the form was assigned to them, when they completed it, when their Supervisor completed it, and the current state of the form.

Important Notes

• If TeamAlign is enabled, the name of the user’s supervisor(s) will include all supervisors the employee directly reports to, as defined by TeamAlign. If TeamAlign is disabled, the column will list all cohort administrators associated with the employee.he
