Header
The “Header” block is purely a visual element to organize the other blocks on the form. It will display a section on the web page that can be expanded or collapsed. Every block below the header will visually appear as it if were in this section.
How do I configure this block?
This block consists of the following elements. All fields are optional.
ID. The ID element is part of every block. It is strictly meant to be used a reference.
Header. The label is what will appear on the appraisal form (as a header) when a user views it. The header is preceded by an arrow, allowing the user to collapse / expand the section.
Description. Read-only text that can be displayed immediately below the header (and above any other block following the header).

What does it look like on the final form?
Below is how the block would look like to an employee and/or manager based on the settings used in the section above. Note that the screenshot below illustrates a “Header” block combined with a “Competency” block. (The portion in the image that is greyed out is from the “Competency” block.)
