Viewing the Due Date for a Form as an Employee

When a user is assigned an appraisal form, it includes a due date provided that one was set by an administrator. This due date is included in the email notification by default and is also shown in the “My Appraisals” section. If the form becomes overdue, the “State” column will indicate how many days it is past due.

Step-by-step Guide

To view the due date for your own form (as a user):

  1. Go to “My Apprasails” (in the Navigation block)

  2. Look at the “Due Date” column in the table next to the form in question.

Important Notes

  • If the form is overdue, the “State” column will display a note indicating how many days it's past due.
