Make Registration Easy

Making registration easy is vital for reducing friction and ensuring that potential learners follow through with their decision to enroll. A streamlined, user-friendly registration process eliminates unnecessary steps, minimizing drop-offs and frustration. By keeping forms short and straightforward, you can increase conversion rates and create a more positive experience that encourages learners to complete their sign-up quickly.

It offers a single sign-on (SSO) solution that allows users to log in and register for your courses directly from their employer's LMS. This integration ensures users can access and complete courses without the need for creating new accounts, making the process more convenient. Additionally, it automatically downloads and stores proof of completion on the employer's LMS, providing them with verification. By encouraging users to log in through HCE Workplace, you streamline registration, improve user experience, and enhance reporting for employers.

They can use their existing OCI account, which they may have used for other healthcare-related courses, or create a free OCI account. This will allow them to easily track their progress, store their proof of completion, and access a variety of healthcare training resources in one place. By using My Dual Code, they can independently manage their learning and certifications, while still benefiting from a wide range of courses designed specifically for healthcare professionals.

image-20240816-190047.png Leverage Series: If your courses need to be organized into a learning path, consider bundling them using a Series . A Series reduces confusion by allowing users to enroll once, and automatically get access to all courses included in that learning path. This eliminates the need to explain to each user which individual courses they need to take based on their role or profession. It also makes purchasing a number of courses easier (if your courses are offered for a fee and not free).
