When you log in to your Marketplace™ site as an administrator or instructor to create courses or view reports, your experience differs from that of learners. Learners typically access courses through their employer’s Workplace™ learning environment powered by Dual Code, or through My Dual Code (https://my.dualcode.com).
Because employer learning environments are secure and restricted to authorized users, we are unable to grant you access to those systems. However, you can still view the full learner experience by creating a free learner account on My Dual Code and enrolling in your course once it has been published.
Please note that if your course is paid, you will be required to purchase it when enrolling as a learner. This is intentional, as the learner experience is fully identical to how healthcare professionals register for and access courses.
Step-by-step Guide
To sign up for My Dual Code.

Log out of your Marketplace administrator account.

From your Marketplace site, click Log in in the top-right corner of the page.

You will be redirected to the My Dual Code login page for learners.

Click Create new account.

If you already have a learner account, you may simply log in.

Note that administrator or instructor credentials will not work on this login form.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration.

Once registration is complete, you will be redirected back to your Marketplace site, where you can register for or purchase courses just like any other healthcare worker.
