Reopening a Review

Until the review is locked, the supervisor can reopen it and assign it either to themselves or to the employee. Reopening is not required to view the review or update the objectives, but it is necessary to make changes to the review itself.

Step-by-step Guide

To reopen a review:

  1. Go to Performance Review System > Manage reviews

    1. This link can be found in the general “Administration” block or under the “My Team” top menu, but it’s location may vary based on your site.

  2. Click on the "Reopen form" button next to the review in question

  3. Click the “Reopen” icon next to the person you want to assign the review to once it’s reopened

  4. Confirm your action

Important Notes

  • Note that only Supervisors can complete this action. Administrators cannot reopen reviews.
