Tracking Your Team

As a supervisor, keeping track of your team’s participation and progress in mandatory courses is essential. Thanks to TeamAlign™, your direct reports are automatically grouped and linked to your profile, enabling seamless access to key insights. There are three core reports designed to support this, typically found under the "My Team" menu near the top of your screen. However, please note that your System Administrator may have customized or removed the "My Team" section, as the layout and navigation can be fully tailored to your organization’s needs.

• The Compliance Summary, which can be used to drill down to the more detailed Compliance report

• The Program Completion report, which can be used to drill down to an individual's Progress report

• The Learning Records (System Level) report, which allows you to search for any previous learning record earned by your workers.

You can click on any of the hyperlink reports above to learn more about specific reports.

In addition to viewing these reports online, the system can automatically email you some of these reports at a regular interval (usually on the 1st day of each month). This means that you can view your team's progress and compliance without having to log in the system. If you are a supervisor and would like to receive the Compliance Summary or Program Completion via email and are not already receiving it, please contact your System Administrator and ask them to enable it by following the Sending a Monthly Compliance Report to Supervisors procedure.
