As a general rule, administrators have access to all functionality within the system, with the exception of adding other administrators and viewing Statements of Remittance, which summarize the revenue generated from course sales.
You can, however, restrict administrator access to specific courses by configuring an enrolment key or password on those courses. Only administrators who have the key will be able to access those courses with administrative privileges.
Step-by-step Guide

Go the course that you want to password protect

Go to Course Administration > Users > Enrolment methods > Administrator Access

Find the setting “Enrolment key” and define a key

Save your changes

The password only applies to administrative access and is not required for learners to access the course.

Administrators who are already enrolled in the course will continue to have access without being prompted for the password. Only administrators attempting to obtain administrative access to the course will be required to enter the enrolment key.

These steps do not have to be done by the Account Owner. They can be done by a regular administrator.
