At Dual Code, we recognize that many healthcare organizations are required to evaluate the privacy and security of the platforms they use. Marketplace is built on industry-standard security practices and, for our Canadian clients, is hosted in secure Canadian data centres. This document outlines the key technical and organizational safeguards in place to support your team’s internal assessments.

Marketplace leverages the same secure infrastructure and protocols used across our Workplace and Academy platforms—solutions that are widely trusted by hospitals, colleges, and regulatory bodies throughout Canada.

While Marketplace is designed with security and privacy in mind, each organization is ultimately responsible for determining whether the platform aligns with its specific compliance requirements. This document is intended to support efforts such as Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), threat-risk assessments, and vendor due diligence reviews.
