Marketplace includes robust backup and recovery mechanisms to protect against data loss and support compliance with regulatory, statutory, contractual, and business requirements. Full system backups are performed daily and retained for a rolling period. All backups are encrypted and securely stored in Canadian data centres.

To ensure reliability, backup and recovery processes are tested at least weekly. These tests confirm both the integrity of the data and the ability to meet recovery time objectives (RTO), supporting business continuity and compliance efforts.
