System and Application Updates

Dual Code follows a structured and proactive update process to ensure the Marketplace platform remains secure, stable, and compliant. This includes regular updates to the operating system, database, and application layers.

We have the capability to deploy security updates across all components of our infrastructure, including servers, applications, and supporting systems. Security updates are prioritized based on severity and are applied promptly after vendor release and internal validation. This includes updates to the underlying Linux operating system, database engines, and integrated services.

Updates to the Marketplace application—built on the Moodle® framework—are tested in a staging environment before deployment to production, ensuring compatibility and minimizing the risk of disruption.

All update activities are tracked and audited as part of our overall change management process, helping to ensure the platform remains protected against known vulnerabilities and aligned with industry best practices.
