Enrolment and Access Restrictions
Marketplace allows organizations to restrict course access based on group membership, depending on their subscription package. One (1) group can be created for approved members, with users automatically added to that group through one of the following methods:
Email Domain Matching – Users registering with a specific email domain (e.g.,
@organization.com
) are automatically assigned to the members group.Access Code at Registration – A unique access code (e.g.,
MEMBERS2025
) can be required during registration. When entered, it places users into the members group, regardless of the email address used.Self-Identification – Users can identify themselves as members during registration by selecting an option or checking a box. This approach is based on the honour system.
Once assigned to the members group, users can be granted access to specific courses or content that is not available to the general public.
