Collecting Payment by Cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

In addition to credit card payments, Dual Code Marketplace™ also supports payment by cheque or electronic funds transfer (EFT). This option is ideal for organizations that prefer or require a formal purchasing process involving quotes or invoices.

To use this method, the purchaser downloads a quote or invoice directly from the Marketplace. Payment instructions are provided on the document, allowing the client to initiate payment through their internal finance or procurement systems.

Once full payment is received and processed by Dual Code, a receipt is automatically emailed to the purchaser. The corresponding transaction is also included in your organization’s statement of remittance, alongside any credit card sales.

Funds from cheque and EFT payments are transferred to your organization's bank account in the same manner as credit card proceeds. You do not need to follow up with purchasers or reconcile payments manually—Dual Code manages this process on your behalf.

This method is fully integrated into your Marketplace subscription and provides a convenient alternative for clients who prefer not to pay by credit card.
