Collecting Payment by Credit Card

Collecting payments by credit card is fully integrated with your subscription to Dual Code Marketplace™. There is no need to set up or manage a separate agreement with a third-party credit card processing company—everything is handled through the platform.

Even if your organization already has an existing agreement with a payment processor (such as Moneris, Stripe, or Square), there is no option to integrate external payment providers with Marketplace. All credit card transactions are processed centrally through Dual Code’s third-party payment partner in a secure, PCI-compliant environment.

Additional fees apply when collecting payment by credit card. These fees are outlined in your subscription agreement and are automatically deducted from the proceeds of each transaction. They include the fees charged by credit card companies (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), as well as administrative and marketing fees that cover transaction handling, fraud protection, sales support, and promotion of your courses through My Dual Code™ and Workplace.

Net proceeds from credit card transactions are transferred directly to your organization’s bank account. You will also receive a statement of remittance that summarizes all transactions—including both credit card sales and payments received by cheque or electronic funds transfer.

Dual Code also supports payment by quote or invoice, allowing clients to pay by cheque or electronic funds transfer.
