What is HCE Marketplace

HCE Marketplace (formerly HCE Express) is an easy-to-use version of Dual Code’s award-winning HCE learning environment, designed for organizations that want to sell or offer healthcare-related training to external healthcare workers. Whether your courses are self-paced or instructor-led, accredited or non-accredited, free or for a fee, HCE Marketplace will help you quickly launch your courses and make them instantly accessible to healthcare professionals working across Canada and the rest of the world. Once you publish your courses in HCE Marketplace, they become immediately visible to more than 1 million healthcare workers (including physicians, nurses, personal support workers, medical students, volunteers, and other staff) already registered in the OCI™ network..

Q. How do I log in as an administrator?

A. To log in your HCE Marketplace site, go to https://admin.dualcode.com/yoursitename. You will notice a banner above the login form that clearly indicates that you are logging in as an administrator.

Q. How do I get technical support?

A. Technical support for administrators is available via the “Help” button at the bottom right of the page. By clicking on this button, you can ask any question and an AI-driven virtual assistant will answer you. If you do not like the answer, you can continue to interact with the virtual assistant or you can click on a link in the chat window to speak to a real person.

Q. Is there training available for HCE Marketplace?

A. Training and certification on HCE Marketplace is available for administrators. Simply look for a link titled “Training Centre” in the footer of your site and click on it. Once in our training centre, look for a course titled HCE-120: Getting Started with HCE Marketplace.
