What is OCI™

The Open Collaboration Initiative™ (OCI) connects local, regional, provincial, and national healthcare organizations across Canada to enable the seamless exchange of training materials and learning records. By linking their learning management systems, participating organizations can:

  • Share training content with one another—either free of charge or for a fee

  • Exchange learning records and proof of completion electronically

The OCI brings together some of Canada’s leading content providers and connects them with hundreds of research and academic hospitals, community and regional hospitals, healthcare associations, primary and community care providers, and regulatory bodies. By participating in OCI, you’re joining one of the largest educational networks in Canada’s healthcare sector.
