Upgrading Your Subscription Plan

Dual Code Marketplace™ offers a range of subscription plans that determine which features and capabilities are available to each organization. These plans are designed to meet different needs—from basic storefront access to advanced features like custom branding, reporting, and account management. , so we recommend reviewing the latest plan details on our website or contacting us directly for the most up-to-date information.

Organizations with more advanced compliance, legal, procurement, or security requirements—such as contract modifications, vendor risk assessments, or the completion of formal security and privacy documentation—can choose our Enterprise option. This tier is tailored for organizations that require elevated levels of support, coordination, and oversight throughout the onboarding and approval process.

Clients can upgrade their subscription plan at any time to access additional features or support. When an upgrade occurs, the fee is pro-rated for the remainder of the current term, so you only pay the difference for the time left in your billing cycle. This allows organizations to scale their plan as their needs evolve, without having to wait for the next renewal period.
