Set Up Certification and Expiration Settings

When learners enroll in a course, it's typically with the goal of completing it and receiving proof of completion. However, did you know that the system also sends out notifications and reminders when a course is approaching expiration? These notifications are key in marketing your courses and reminding users to renew their enrollment year over year.

Learners who believe they've completed a course but did not receive a certificate of completion tend to leave negative reviews about your course.
