Logging In Your HCE Marketplace Administrator Account
In order to access your HCE Marketplace administrator account, your account must first be created by either Dual Code (if you are the Account Owner) or by the Account Owner him/herself. Once your administrator account is set up, you will receive an invitation via email with full instructions on how to activate and access your account. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Step-by-step Guide
To log in to your HCE Marketplace administrator site:
Go to https://admin.dualcode.com/yoursitename
Note the prefix “admin” in the URL above. This prefix is different than the URL that your learners will access.
Enter your email address and password and click on the “Log in” button.
Important Notes
This login URL is intended for administrators only. Learners and other users access the system through a different link — typically either https://my.dualcode.com/yoursitename or a custom vanity URL. In some cases, if their employer subscribes to Dual Code’s Workplace solution, they may also access the platform directly through their employer’s own learning environment. Please ensure you are using the appropriate link based on your role and your organization’s setup and NEVER SEND THE URL ABOVE TO NON-ADMINISTRATORS. It will simply confuse them as they will not be able to log in with their learner account using the administrator login page.
